Matthew Macgregor

Matthew comes from a musical family background. He picked up his first guitar at 15 playing songs from the grunge era, such as: Pearl Jam, Nirvana and Green Day.

His first serious band was a heavy alternative trio. For the next 4 years they jammed on a local circuit. From there he went on to play in Thunder on a country circuit for 15 months. He then played in a local house band for 9 months with Purple Sky before forming his own band currently known as, Matthew Macgregor and the Sons of Pitches.

As well as playing guitar, he also plays bass, piano, drums and sings vocals. His musical influences include: Pink Floyd, Incubus, Korn and Deftones.
Billy Robichaud

Billy has been playing guitar since he was 12 years old. Growing up he listened to Country, Rock and Bluegrass.

Performing in shows across North America in such venues as Clubs, Casinos, Festivals and Concert Halls. He took up the Bass and Mandolin, and has been playing both for the past 5 years. Billy is known to be quite a versatile player.

His musical influences include: Brent Mason, Johnny Hiland, Slash (Guns ' Roses), Stevie Ray Vaughn and David Gilmour (Pink Floyd). Billy loves music so much that he is currently teaching at Avalon Music Academy.
Arthur Urquhart

Art started playing the 5 string Banjo and guitar at 14 with his family bluegrass band.

At 16, Art joined the music circuit when he became the bassist of a funk band. Arts passion for the bass landed him a spot in such bands as: Wiskey Bent, CrossFire, Thunder and countless others.

His musical interests include anything from New Country, Jazz and Blues to Progressive Rock.
Randy Withers

Randy started playing drums at 12 years old.

At 21 he was in the band Sarawest, who recorded songs that were charted on the radio. Before becoming the drummer for Matthew Macgregor and the Sons of Pitches, he was a member of Changeling (a tribute to the doors) for 9 months, Butterfield Express, High noon and Thunder. Randy has played clubs and small concert venues.

Musical influences include: Jerry Mercer (April Wine), Triumph and Ed Miller.
